When steam had just started up, there was no way of getting any support what so ever. Especially if your account was locked. They had no support phone number and you needed to log in with your account on the website. If you did call them however they had a recording of one of the scientists from half life tell you "Gordon Freeman! Thanks for calling, but we don't handle support over the phone. Please use our website for your inquiries." One sentence expresses my feelings towards steam's team. Fuck you you ignorant cuntfull cocksucking bastards... I hope the steam team burns in hell.
