Today our pals at Konami announced the multiplayer (with 5 pals of your own!) Castlevania title is headed for XBLA on August 4th. Only a month to go before we can finally traverse through levels “inspired by the worlds of Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow, Portrait of Ruin and Order of Ecclesia via online co-op play”. In a move that mirrors Activision’s series of questionable decisions, Blizzard decided they would modify their battle net policies.
I do… except it’s Tuesday but with a three day weekend today is this week’s Monday and that means a return to work like the rest of you poor souls. As the rest of the crew is recovering from the weekend we won’t have much up until tomorrow starting with our new podcast. We’ll announce the winners of our Killing Floor contest (I almost typed Left 4 Dead 2) as well as discuss plenty of fun things so tune in.
In the mean time I’ve done some music inspired heavily by both The Protomen and Danger as well as a host of other fantastic chip tune artists like Anamanaguchi. I only have two tracks so far but I intend to do a lot of stuff in this style that fits together album style.

I was going through my typical morning routine and decided to check out our site stats when I came across the gem above – a pie chart of searches that led to our website on July 1st.
Brandon Bird did this awesomely hilarious painting titled “Nobody Wants to Play Sega with Harrison Ford“. Maybe that’s why Harrison Ford is such an angry son of a bitch sometimes? Maybe not but I think it at least has something to do with it.
